Perry Demmig is a dynamic entrepreneur and seasoned business leader with a remarkable track record of innovation and success in various industries. Throughout his career, Perry has founded and led multiple successful businesses, earning a reputation for his strategic vision and hands-on approach. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1994 at age 16 when he launched his first venture, Per-Dem Enterprises innovating industrial HVAC systems.
His entrepreneurial spirit and determination propelled him to establish many successful companies. Under his leadership, these ventures flourished, solidifying his reputation as a forward-thinking business leader capable of navigating complex challenges and driving sustainable growth.
In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Perry is known for his exceptional leadership skills and ability to inspire teams to achieve their full potential. Sean Matthew O’Brien - Executive Director
As a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record, Sean brings forward the operational expertise that ScaleUp leverages daily. Sean has started over ten companies and had several successful exits. His operational expertise ranges from technology to executive leadership.
Sean works hands on with our network founders to pass on appropriate business acumen to them. Sean is a graduate of many business incubator and accelerator programs. He is also a US Army veteran who served overseas in Panama in the late 90’s.
